Wednesday we listed our house on the market. I had a lot of anxiety wrapped up in that step for so many reasons. Pushing the button to list our house, was a huge milestone. It kind of felt like there was no going back at that point. This meant that we were going to have to announce our plans and I was worried about the things people might think of us. It meant that I had to keep the house clean EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY. We were supposed to list it a week earlier, but I kept finding excuses not to. I finally realized that I had to take that leap of faith and just do it.
Sooooo….We are officially on the market, and it feels good, it feels right, and I feel silly for being nervous about it. We had to let people know about our plans and I’ve been surprised and humbled by the response of our family, friends, and neighbors. We feel extremely blessed to feel so loved and supported.
Here are a few pictures of our home that we have loved for 5 years. The home we anxiously awaited and had to live in a tiny little apartment for 5 months for. The home that we have put our blood, sweat, tears, and a lot of money into to make it ours.
